Hi, I’m Elizabeth Meyer.

MSN, MAMFT, LPC Associate, RN

Supervised by Glenna Massey, LPC-S

I love working with adolescents (ages 11+) up to adults in their midlife, as well as families. I enjoy working with those who have experienced major and minor trauma, as well as working on the development of skills to cope and decrease stress while increasing self-esteem. My goal is to create a space where each person feels valued, supported, and truly seen as they work toward overall healing and growth.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The King’s University. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in healthcare for many years. I have Bachelor's degrees in both Biology and Nursing, and spent time as both a Labor & Delivery and OB/Gyn nurse. In addition, I also earned a Master’s degree in Nursing and worked as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, serving in a STD clinic at a Crisis Pregnancy Center.

I’ve been married to my best friend for nearly 30 years, and together we have four amazing daughters who have shaped me in countless ways.

In my therapeutic work, I am EMDR Trained and use a variety of approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including CBT, DBT, Existential Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

My passion is to help you live the life you were created for - a life of meaning and purpose. I want you to experience freedom from guilt, shame, worthlessness, anxiety, depression, and worry.

Thank you for taking this first step toward your healing. I’d be honored to walk with you on this journey and support you every step of the way.
